- 10 oz flounder fillets (or fish of your choice)
- 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (can also use regular flour or any flour you like cup for cup)
- 1 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup Corn Chex, crushed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix flour & onion salt.

2Set aside.

3In another dish, combine egg, lemon juice, & worcestershire sauce.

4Set aside.

5In another dish, put the crushed chex.

6Roll fish in flour.

7Dip into egg mixture.

8Coat with chex crumbs, pressing into fish.

9Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

10Add fish.

11Brown on 1 side 3-5 minutes.

12(Reduce heat if browning too quickly.)

13Turn.

14Cook until coating is golden brown & fish flakes easily.
