- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 cup sliced green pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
Directions

1Dredge meat with flour to which salt and pepper have been added.

5Cover and steam over low heat for 30 minutes or until all ingredients are tender.
