- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 4 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. spaghetti
Directions

1Brown onion in oil, then add ground beef and brown in 10-inch skillet or saucepan.

2Add tomato sauce, hot water, salt and garlic salt; bring to a boil.

3Break spaghetti in half, add to the ingredients.

4Reduce heat to barely boiling.

5Stir frequently and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.

6Serve with Parmesan cheese.

7Serves 4 to 6.
