  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. 7-Up
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 box Cool Whip

Directions

    Arrange berries in pie shell.

    Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil and cool until thick.

    Remove from heat and immediately add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.

    Pour over berries; chill.

    Serve with Cool Whip.
