- 4 slices bacon
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried whole dillweed
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserve 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.

2Crumble bacon and set aside.

3Saute squash and onion in reserved drippings 6 minutes or until tender.

4Stir in sour cream and seasonings.

5Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

6Yields 8 servings.
