- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes (juice and all)
Directions

1Cook ground chuck, onions and bell pepper in a large skillet until done.

2(Until meat changes color.)

3Add peas and tomatoes. Mix all together and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

4Serve over rice.

5With French bread or cornbread, this is a good 1 dish meal.
