- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- potatoes (whole or halves)
- carrots (whole or halves)
- whole onions
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
Directions

1Roll balls in flour, salt and pepper to taste.

2Brown in shortening.

3Add potatoes, carrots and peas.

4Place all vegetables in skillet with meatballs.

5Add 3 cups water.

6Simmer for about 1 hour or until vegetables and meat are done.
