- 1 c. Skippy peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In medium bowl, combine ingredients; stir making a dough.

3Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

4Put on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Place 2-inches apart and with a fork, gently flatten each cookie making crisscross pattern on each cookie.

6Bake 8 minutes or until lightly brown and slightly puffed.

7May be topped immediately with sprinkles, chocolate chips or Hershey Kisses if desired.

8Cool on rack completely.
