- 1 large head cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 large green pepper, finely shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix the sugar, salt, vinegar, oil, celery seed and dry mustard.

2Bring ingredients to a boil and pour over the cabbage, pepper and onion.

3Let stand at least 6 hours.

4Keep in refrigerator after it cools.

5Delicious after staying in refrigerator overnight.
