- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 4 each Brioche Buns
- 1 as needed Butter
Directions

1Form ground beef into 4 small patties, about the size of your buns ;).

2Heat a cast iron skillet with oil until it just barely begins to smoke.

3Place your burger patties on the skillet.

4Press gently for a good sear.

5Slice and butter your brioche buns.

6When you've got a nice crust on your beef patties, like so...
-
7Flip them over and sear the opposite side.
-
8When both sides are nicely colored, the patties should be around medium rare if not medium.

9Remove to a plate to rest.

10Toast your buns in the pan.

11Build your sliders.
-
12Add whatever toppings you like.
