- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
- 1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 1 1/2-quart container.

3Chill until set (3 to 4 hours).

4Recommended in summer with barbecued chicken. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.

5Each 1/2 cup serving equals 150 calories or 1 bread and 2 fruit exchanges.
