  • 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 c. unrefined oil
  • 3/4 c. raw honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately.

    Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix.

    Spoon into muffin pan, about 3/4 full.

    Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 375°.
