- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 c. unrefined oil
- 3/4 c. raw honey
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately.

2Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix.

3Spoon into muffin pan, about 3/4 full.

4Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 375°.

5Test with toothpick at 25 minutes.
