- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. pie crusts
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, chopped finely
- 1 c. Sloppy Joe sauce (from 14.5 or 15.5-oz. jar)
Directions

1Let crust pouches stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oven to 450°.

2Unfold each pie crust, press out lines and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour over each crust.

3Place crusts, floured side down, on cutting board; peel off remaining plastic. Using 2 1/2-inch round cookie or biscuit cutter, cut 14 or 15 circles from each crust.

4Fit circles into ungreased miniature muffin cups, pressing gently.

5Prick each crust generously with fork.

6Bake at 450° for 9 to 13 minutes.

7Cool slightly; remove from muffin cups.
