  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 whole fryer

Directions

    Mix all spices and rub thoroughly into chicken inside and out. Stuff fryer with chopped onion.
