- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Place ribs and onion in slow cooker.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.

3Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours or high setting for 5 to 6 hours.
