Slow Cooker Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Brown chops and remove from pan. Combine remaining ingredients and heat in pan in which chops were browned.

    Layer chops and sauce in slow cooker or heavy Dutch oven.

    Either bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour or in slow cooker on high setting until bubbly, then simmer on low until tender and sauce is consistency of gravy, 5 or 6 hours.
