  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 pound lean grassfed ground beef, lamb, or turkey
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • olive oil
  • 12 mini whole wheat naan or pita bread rounds
  • Toppings: tomatoes, cucumbers, lowfat plain greek yogurt, lemon wedges
