- 1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper

Directions

1Line your slow pot with aluminum foil and leave enough to cover potatoes, before cooking.

2Put half of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in layers in slow cooker.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Repeat layers.

5Again, put salt and pepper and dot with margarine.

6Cover with foil.

7Place cover on slow pot.

8Cook on low overnight (10 to 12 hours) or cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
