Slow Pot Potatoes

  • 1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • margarine

Directions

    Line your slow pot with aluminum foil and leave enough to cover potatoes, before cooking.

    Put half of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in layers in slow cooker.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Repeat layers.

    Again, put salt and pepper and dot with margarine.

    Cover with foil.

    Place cover on slow pot.

    Cook on low overnight (10 to 12 hours) or cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
