"Waldorf" Turkey Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c. skinned, boned, cooked turkey, cut into cubes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 large McIntosh apple, cored and cut into cubes
- 2 doz. seedless red grapes, cut lengthwise into halves
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 packets instant chicken broth/seasoning mix (e.g. Weight Watchers)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl.

2In a small bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise and broth mix.

3Pour over salad and toss to coat thoroughly.

4Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
