"Waldorf" Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. skinned, boned, cooked turkey, cut into cubes
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 large McIntosh apple, cored and cut into cubes
  • 2 doz. seedless red grapes, cut lengthwise into halves
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 packets instant chicken broth/seasoning mix (e.g. Weight Watchers)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl.

    In a small bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise and broth mix.

    Pour over salad and toss to coat thoroughly.

    Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
