Ingredients

  • 6 c. water
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
  • 2/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
  • 3 cans water
  • 2 qt. ginger ale

Directions

    Mix water and sugar.

    Bring to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add gelatin until dissolved.

    Mix remaining ingredients, except ginger ale.

    Freeze for at least 24 hours. Two hours before serving, take out of freezer.

    When ready to serve, break up with fork and add ginger ale.

    Any gelatin can be used to change colors.
