- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Cook sugar, water and corn syrup in 2-quart pan.

2Stir until sugar dissolves.

3Cook to 232° without stirring.

4Add cream of tartar.

5Beat until creamy with wire whip.

6Add a few drops of flavoring, oil and food coloring.

7Drop from teaspoon on wax paper.

8(Keep pan over hot water.)
