  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 cups white flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • coarse salt
  • sesame seeds optional
  • poppy seeds optional

Directions

    In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and rosemary.

    Whisk in the the egg, oil, and water.

    Knead the dough until obtaining a ball of elastic and smooth dough.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    On a floured work surface, roll out a very thin layer of dough.

    Sprinkle with rosemary, poppy seeds, and coarse salt.
