- 6 potatoes, baked
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 ounces mushrooms, drained (optional)
Directions

1In frypan heat butter.

2Place 1 potato on counter.

3Using a bowl, smash down potato.

4Repeat with remaining potatoes.

5Fry on one side until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.

6Flip.

7Put bacon and mushrooms over each potato.

8Add cheese to top of each potato.

9Fry another 5 minutes or until second side is golden and crispy and cheese is melted.

10Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
