  • 1 cup chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz. sliced ham
  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1/3 cup frozen green peas

    Spread pizza crust with spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

    Cut ham and sweet pepper into shapes for eyes and mouth.

    Arrange over cheese along with peas to make face.

    Wrap and freeze pizza for up to 1 week.

    Place frozen pizza on perforated pizza pan or baking sheet.

    Bake on bottom rack in 425F oven for approximately 15 minutes, until golden.
