- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 12 dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Salt to Taste
- 6 slice Bacon Cooked And Chopped
- 1 Smoked Paprika to sprinkle on top
Directions

1Cut eggs in half.

2Arrange egg whites cut side up on a serving plate and put the yokes in a small mixing bowl.

3Mash yokes with fork then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and garlic powder.

4Mash and stir all ingredients together well.

5Stir in chopped bacon, reserving some pieces to garnish the top of the eggs if desired.

6Sprinkle eggs with smoked paprika and garnish with bacon pieces.

7Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
