Smoked Duck Fried Rice

- 10 small Pearl onion
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 cup cooked white rice or leftover rice
- 2 tsp hoisin sauce
- 1 cup slice cooked ready to eat smoked duck
- 1 dash White pepper
Directions

1cooked rice as usual or used leftover rice optional

2in pan add ready to eat and cooked slice smoked duck with pearl onion and 1 tbsp of light soy sauce stir fry

3add cooked white rice then add another 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and stir fry for 3 minute

4add hoisin sauce and mix well for another 2 minute till rice are no longer wet and lightly crisps

5off heat and add white pepper mix well and serve immediately

6Keep in thermos great as lunchbox
