Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. white fish or herring
  • 8 oz. French dressing
  • 2 oz. steak sauce
  • 3 oz. water to moisten

Directions

    Skin the fish and remove it from the bones. Break the fish into small pieces and put it in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve on crackers or bread.

    Makes about 3 quarts.
