- 2 sweet onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Johnny's pork and chicken seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. dried chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
- 4 cans fat-free chicken broth
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans whole new potatoes, diced
- 1/2 lb. smoked salmon, broken up
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook bacon until browned. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat and saute onion and celery. Add flour and seasonings until bubbly. Add chicken broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes before serving.
