  • 2 sweet onions, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Johnny's pork and chicken seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. dried chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. dried chopped chives
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
  • 4 cans fat-free chicken broth
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans whole new potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 lb. smoked salmon, broken up
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cook bacon until browned. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat and saute onion and celery. Add flour and seasonings until bubbly. Add chicken broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes before serving.
