Smoked Salmon Cups

- 8 oz. natural cream cheese (found in deli's and gourmet stores)
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- dash of fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz. thin sliced smoked salmon
- 32 Toast Cups (recipe follows)
- fresh dill (for garnish)
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine cream cheese, Parmesan, hot sauce, lemon juice and pepper in food processor.

3Cut smoked salmon into 32 small pieces and place a piece in each toast cup. Spoon about 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of cheese mixture over salmon and top with dill.

4Bake approximately 5 minutes.

5Serve warm.
