- salmon slices smoked, for wraps
- 1 salmon fillet
- 3 tablespoons cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- chives chopped
Directions

1Steam or microwave the salmon fillet.

2When it is cooked, remove excess grease with paper towels.

3Mash with a fork, add the cheese, mustard, salt, pepper and chives.

5In a plate, arrange the slices of smoked salmon, add 1 heaping tablespoon of salmon mixture.
