  • 1 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up and fried
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms with juice
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. grated pizza cheese

Directions

    Fry bacon, beef and onions; drain.

    Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic salt, mushrooms and juice.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti; drain.

    Stir spaghetti into sauce.

    Place 1/2 of spaghetti mixture in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Top with half of the cheese.

    Repeat layers.
