- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sieved
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 6 drops liquid smoke
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except bacon; beat until smooth and chill.

2At serving time, fold in crumbled bacon, reserving a little for trim.

3Or omit bacon and sprinkle with paprika.

4Serve with crisp crackers or chips.

5Yield: 1 3/4 cups.
