  • 1 c. frozen berries
  • 2 frozen, ripe bananas, peeled and sliced before freezing
  • 1/4 c. dates (optional)
  • pineapple juice as needed

Directions

    Put berries, bananas and dates in blender with enough pineapple juice to make blender work.

    Garnish with fresh berries or touch of toasted coconut.
