  • 12 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips
  • 11 ounces, weight Butterscotch Chips
  • 3/4 cups Smooth Peanut Butter (non Refrigerated Type)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Sprinkles (optional)

    Line a mini muffin pan with paper liners, set aside. Place both types of chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute, stir, repeat for 30 seconds, stir, repeat until totally melted and smooth.

    Fill cups with mixture. (Quick tip: pour the mixture into a large squeeze bottle or use a spoon and fill cups.) Tap pan on the counter to smooth out the mixture. Add sprinkles or drizzle with chocolate if desired. Place in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to harden up. Hint: use smaller paper liners for more servings.
