- 3 pounds Boneless Beef Shoulder Roast
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Dry
Directions

1Combine one can cream of mushroom soup and one envelope of dry onion soup mix.

2Place roast in a greased casserole dish.

3Spread soup mixture over the top of the roast.

4There is no need to add water to this.

5As this bakes, a thick, rich gravy is formed.

6Cover dish with foil.

7Place in a preheated 325 degree oven.

8Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

9Uncover and turn roast over.

10Baste with juices.

11Cover with foil and return to oven for another 1 1/2 hours or until falling apart tender.
