- 1 to 2 lb. lean round steak
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of onion soup
Directions

1Pour cans of soup in a slow cooker.

2Add several cans of water and stir.

3Set temperature at 350° to heat.

4Cut, flour and brown meat in a frypan.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Add browned meat to the hot soup.

7Make sure meat is covered with soup.
-
8Turn temperature to simmer, cover and cook 12 to 24 hours or until meat is tender.

9Stir and add water as needed.
