  • 2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • 2 to 3 c. boiling water

    Trim steak and cut in serving pieces.

    Brown quickly in hot oil. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch shallow pan.
