- 1 large round steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
Directions

1Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper.

2Brown in hot oil. Pour rice in bottom of casserole dish.

3Top with browned steak. Mix bouillon, onion, celery, wine vinegar and water in saucepan. Cook until onion and celery are tender.

4Mix sour cream and soup with bouillon mixture and pour over steak.

5Bake in oven at 275° for 2 hours.

6By using the wine vinegar this gives the taste of stroganoff.
