  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) multi-grain cereal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup honey or light corn syrup
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.

    Spray with cooking spray; set aside.

    Combine cereal and flour in large bowl.

    Microwave honey and butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or just until mixture comes to boil.

    Stir until butter is completely melted.

    Pour over cereal mixture; mix well.

    Press firmly into prepared pan.

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Cool on wire rack.

    Remove from pan, using foil handles.

    Cut into 20 bars to serve.

    Store in airtight container at room temperature.
