- 1 lb. red snapper, flounder, halibut or sea bass
- 3/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Sprinkle fish in baking pan with onion salt, paprika and garlic salt.

2Combine tomato juice, basil, parsley and lemon juice.

3Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.

4Slowly pour over fish in pan.

5Bake at 375° (medium oven) for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

6Makes 2 servings.
