- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. imported mustard (the more grain, the better)
- 3 tsp. finely chopped dill
- 8 lemon wedges
- parsley
- lemon and parsley (garnish)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place fillets in a baking dish, skin side down.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Blend the mayonnaise, mustard and dill.

5Brush it evenly over the fish fillets.

6Place the fillets in the oven.

7Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until meat flakes when checked with a fork.
