  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut up
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • stale beer or milk to moisten

    Put garlic, onion and cheese through grinder.
