- 2 12 cups milk
- 4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 7 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 cup butter, melted
Directions

1pour milk into a large bowl, and sprinkle yeast yeast over the surface.

2rest 5 minutes

3beat in sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup butter, and salt.

4gradually stir in flour to make a soft dough.

5cover bowl and set in a warm plce until double about 1 hour.

6punch down dough, and cover the bowl and allow to rest again.

7repeat this step two more times.

8break off 2 tp 3 inch size pieces of dough.

9roll lightly into round shape

10place in.

11a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.

12cover and light rise again until double in size.

13bake rolls in 400 oven until tops turn golden brown about 10 to 15 minutes.

14when rolls are finished baking drizzle melted butter over top and serve warm.
