  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
  • 1 tangerine, peeled and sectioned and pits removed
  • 3/4 c. fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 c. seedless white grapes

    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, honey and ginger. Chill.

    When ready to serve, arrange fruit decoratively on a plate around bowl of dip.
