- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 lb. raw carrots, peeled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs, mixed with 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Saute onions in butter until limp.

2Using a food processor, coarsely shred or thinly slice the carrots.

3Add to onion and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.

4Mix in mayonnaise, horseradish and seasoning.
