Snicker'S Cake

Directions

   Put 1/2 of the batter in a prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

   Melt caramels with milk and margarine.

   Pour over the cake.

   Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.

   Pour remaining cake batter on top.

   Bake 10 minutes at 375°, then 20 minutes at 325°.
