- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Directions

1Whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together in a medium bowl and set aside.

2Beat the brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter and yogurt with an electric mixer on medium-high speed in a large bowl until well combined, about 2 minutes.

3Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until well incorporated.

4Turn off the beaters and use your hands to help combine if needed.

5Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
