- 1 c. soft margarine (1/2 lb.)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix in a separate bowl the margarine, sugar and eggs.

2Sift flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and pinch of salt.

3Add to creamed mixture and mix well.

4Roll dough into balls and then roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes.

6Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
