- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon, mixed
Directions

1Mix ingredients together.

2Chill overnight or 1 hour.

3Roll in teaspoon size balls.

4Roll balls in 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon mixed together.

5Put on a cookie sheet and criss-cross with a fork, pressing cookie down before baking.

6Bake 350° for 8-10 minutes.
