- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. plus 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In medium bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

3In mixer bowl, beat butter, margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in flour mixture.

4In small bowl, combine remaining 6 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.

5Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar.

6Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes per batch.

7Cool on cookie sheets.

8Makes about 6 dozen, 65 calories each.
